The Development Plans for the Virginia Company Bank High Street branch have been approved by the City of Williamsburg as of February 2011.  Congratulations to Oyster Point Construction who has been selected as the General Contractor for this project.  The new High Street site will be the 4th Virginia Company Bank Branch location on the Virginia Peninsula!

While still in the preliminary stage of development, Yorktown Crescent is a proposed mixed use development (residential and commercial) to be located behind the Wendy's and Arby's Restaurants and along the Ft. Commonwealth Green is a proposed mixed use development located in the southeastern portion of York County. The development is in the planning stages and is expected to provide various housing and commercial options.

Buckroe Bayfront is a  twelve (12) lot single family residential subdivision and a twenty-eight (28) unit condominium vested development in The Special Public Interest – Buckroe Bayfront District of Hampton, Virginia.  Housing units are currently undergoing construction by various Contractors in the Hampton Roads to be showcased in the 2011 Parade of Homes.

Little Harbor, a Bay Friendly Community, is a proposed sixteen (16) lot residential subdivision located off Ships Point Road in York County.  The 21.84 acre parcel will consist of residential lots, right of ways, and common areas.

This phase of development will consist of constructing the necessary infrastructure improvements to prepare the site for residential development.
